By utilizing Rudescore, you agree to the terms and conditions within this document, as well as the Privacy Policy. In case of dissatisfaction with the terms provided, you are to cease use of the bot immediately. The following Terms of Service are meant to regulate your usage of the bot, pointing out both the entitlements and liabilities for both the owner and the user.

  • Users shall not collect, distribute, or publish unauthorized personal or sensitive information.
  • For commercial exploitation of the bot, prior written consent shall be obtained from the owner of the bot.

  • No exploiting, interfering, and collecting data unauthorizedly.

Data Gathering and Privacy

  • The bot doesn't collect data beyond the minimum required for its actual operation or debugging. Any such collection, if done, can include but isn't restricted to Discord usernames, server IDs, and command inputs excluding sensitive data like images unless originally required.
  • Except as described in the Privacy Policy, no data is publicly shared nor permanently stored.

Changes and Updates

  • The owner of this bot has the right at any time and without notice to modify, update, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the site (or any part thereof) without notice and also can change these Terms and/or other legal pages at his sole discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes in the support server. The continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of Liability

  • The owner cannot be made liable on account of damages due to loss of data, disruption of service, or any such act because the user misused this bot in whatever manner.

Termination of Access

  • The owner reserves the right to deny access to the use of the bot to anyone for any violation, or for no reason at all, including but not limited to a breach of these terms.
