Intellectual Property & Ownership

The Owner, Rudescore, holds all rights, title, and interest in and to the Bot, including but not limited to, the codebase, branding, and design, and all accompanying intellectual property. A revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and limited permission to use the Bot in Discord servers is granted to Users.

Short

• The Bot and its property belong to Rudescore.
• The Bot cannot modify, re-redistribute, and be taken over by Users.

Permitted Uses

The Bot can be used for private, community, and non-commercial purposes in Discord servers by Users. The Users cannot:

• Reverse-engineer, modify, and disassemble the Bot.
• Attempt exploits, bypass security, and try exploits.
• Use the Bot for abuse, spam, or malevolent use.
• Redistribute, sell, or license the Bot in any form, in whole or in part, in any manner, without explicit written permission from Rudescore.

Short

• The Bot can be used legally and morally.
• Unauthorized use, resale, and exploits are forbidden.

Permitted & Restricted Uses

The User cannot:

• Duplicate, modify, re-redistribute, re-sublicense, or re-sell any portion of the Bot.
• Modify, delete, or change any branding, attributions, or legal notices.
• Use the Bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Use bots and scripts in an unapproved manner.

Short

• The Bot cannot be replicated, modified, re-sold, or re-redistributed.
• Users must abide by Discord's terms.

Liability Disclaimer

The Bot is provided "as-is," and no warranties are provided for any part of it, including:

• Uptime, performance, and availability.
• Interoperation with software and third-parties.
• Lack of bugs, errors, and unanticipated failures.
• Security for access and unauthorized access to information.

The Owner, Rudescore, cannot be held responsible for:

• Data loss, loss, and downtime incurred through the Bot's use.
• User misuse and abuse.

Short

• The Bot is delivered "as-is" with no warranties.
• The Owner, Rudescore, cannot be held responsible for loss, downtime, and misuse.

Termination & Withdrawal of Permission

Rudescore reserves its right to suspend or terminate access to the Bot at any time, with or without notice, including for:

• Breaches of this License Agreement.
• Misuse, abuse, or improper conduct.
• Compliance with laws or Discord's request.

Once terminated, the User must cease using the Bot immediately.

Short

• Access can be withdrawn for any infraction.
• The User must cease use of the Bot immediately in case access is withdrawn.

Updates & Alterations to This License

Rudescore can update, modify, or revise this License Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted in the Bot's support server.

Short

• The License can be updated at any time.
• Continued usage implies acceptance of updates.

Governing Law

The License will be construed and enforced according to North Carolina laws. Any dispute arising out of this License will be resolved through arbitration or legal recourse at the discretion of Rudescore.
